Join us in our FREE virtual workshop, where we will explore how best to support our children through day-to-day transitions and bigger changes. Whether it's leaving the playground or adjusting to new family dynamics, all change is big for a our children.
Join us Thursday August 31st at 2 pm for an online Zoom workshop where we discuss various bedtime best strategies and sleep techniques for our littles.
Free Online Storytime Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6 pm
Beginning October 12th we're hosting a 6 part workshop series over Zoom Thursdays from 10 am -12 pm. We'll examine parenting tweens in the digital age, discuss how to navigate the challenges that come with new hormones, big emotions, social groups and self-esteem, and review ways to maintain and develop connections with your tween!
Join us in-person at the McGill Library on Monday October 16th to discuss the often shared experience of mom guilt and ways we can be kind to ourselves throughout the many challenges of motherhood. Childcare is free for kiddos 18 mo-5 years of age on a first come, first registered basis.
Join us in person at the Tommy Douglas Library for our workshop on Conscious Discipline for kiddos aged 0-6. Free child minding is available upon request!
