Parenting – The First Months, the First Years
The first months and year of parenting can be an exciting and wondrous time, but it can also be a time when parents feel overwhelmed, exhausted and isolated while juggling many emotions. Bring your baby and join Information Children and the YMCA once a week for a 6-week series starting June 13th – July 18, 10:15 – 11:45. Come and meet other like-minded parents, have FUN, and enjoy conversations based on topics such as understanding your emotions, setting realistic expectations, parenting tips, self-care and more.
Siblings welcome. Pre-registration is required.
