The first months and the first year of parenting can be an exciting and wondrous time, but it can also be a time when parents feel overwhelmed, exhausted and isolated while juggling many emotions.
Bring your baby and join Information Children once a week for a 6-week series starting on Tuesday, Nov 14th – Dec 19th from 10:15am-11:45am.
Come and meet other like-minded parents, have FUN, and enjoy conversations based on topics such as understanding your emotions, setting realistic expectations, parenting tips, self-care and more.
